Mail days were always exciting days while teaching in remote and outback parts of Australia. With the shops hundreds of kilometres away and the mailman coming once by plane or twice a week by truck it was the most exciting part of our week. For children and adults !
Here at Learning Support Down Under it is the same thrill, whether sending or receiving, when contact is usually online. Unless it can be beaten by an actual physical visit.
Below are pictures of a Personal Learning Support Pack being mailed to a student. Along with this, an email is sent out with links to some of my learning we’ve developed for online learning. The packs will vary for each individual student, but will always include exercise books with initial teaching concepts , phonics sound cards, number sets, games, 8 and 10 sided die, stickers etc.
